 I can only say that E-E-E is the BEST service company I’ve ever used! We’ve been with them for years, and multiple vehicles. Our expectations are exceeded every time we bring a vehicle in for service. They always present us with ALL of the options, and are extremely caring and friendly.  The techs and office people at this auto shop are great, and they are very concerned about getting the job done right. I have had a few problems with my car, and they always go above and beyond to make sure the repairs are done correctly and better than new if possible. I will recommend them highly to my coworkers and friends

Rating left on Yelp as well.. So, we stumbled upon this place when we googled places to get our audi serviced after we got some rip off quote from another less-than-honorable shop. When we called this place, their original quote was $250 cheaper and included parts, labor, and a LIFETIME warranty on parts AND labor. After making an appointment to get the car checked out (since the less-than-honorable shop started adding on problems), we were informed that inspections were not free unless you get the work done at their shop. Meh, $35 was a price we were willing to pay, assuming nothing was wrong, and if something was wrong, they had quoted us a price that couldn’t be beat, so we’d get the work done there anyway. All in all, they were super honest, totally up front about EVERYTHING, didn’t nickle and dime us, and even did some extra investigating into our car. We got into a fender bender a day or two before our scheduled appointment. Could they check our bumper and make sure there were no mechanical flaws? They’re super trustworthy and qualified. When one place gave us false quotes and knew nothing of the mechanics of our vehicle, this place put everything back into place at a reasonable price and with fast and awesome results. We couldn’t have asked for better service or better prices.

I always go to Express for our car repairs, and after having 2 not so good cars needing lots of costly repairs, I’ve finally given up and started looking for a newer car. Cheryl at Express is always helpful with what cars have what kind of common issues and the crew at Express do awesome jobs in their pre-purchase inspections. Now that they’re looking them over for me, I know I’ll get one worth the money to buy. I recommend Express to everyone I know.

My son hit a curb while in CO and was referred to this company for his repairs. We were very happy with their honesty and ability to help lower costs as much as they could. Being a single parent makes it hard to fit repairs into our budget, but the Service Manager did all she could to help and got the repair into a reasonable cost for us. I recommend them to anyone wanting an honest shop. Thank you again.

Took my Toyota Tacoma here when the battery was dying. The staff was extremely helpful and I greatly appreciated their honesty and helpfulness. I would definitely recommend their shop to anyone looking for an honest and trustworthy car shop!!

We found this shop after another shop couldn’t find anything wrong even though we were leaking fluid (I had pictures to prove it!). Cheryl and Rick stayed on it until they identified and corrected our problem, even keeping it overnight and doing additional test drives to make sure they found the problem. We have since had several other encounters with them and have been impressed by their honesty and integrity. We would recommend them to anyone looking for an awesome repair shop.

After seeing all the reviews here on line, I though I’d take a chance and get my car repaired here. I was very impressed and agree totally with all the reviews. They were thoughtful, honest, and very concerned about my budget limit for repairs. Cheryl went out of her way to explain what needed to be done for the immediate repair and got my older Focus going in good time and under the given quote. I’ll be back for my next repairs.

Only place to go to get work done on all my vehicles, always give a great price. Ms. Cheryl is always there to help as well as Mr. Rick. They always help out for scheduling service and great customer service, honestly can’t say enough about them. Plus with the free towing and all other services involved, what can you say. I recently bought a new suv, and the shop there didn’t service it correctly, but express auto id’d the problem asap and it was safer and running better for me and my family. Thank ya’ll very much. The best ever!

I had a good experience here. Another shop told me I needed a new engine. I took it to Express for a second opinion and they found that all I needed was a new power steering pump. The prices were comparable to other shops, but they offer a variety of discounts, have a great warranty, and really friendly staff. I would recommend.

This was my first experience in Colorado Springs dealing with Auto Repair and Express made it very convienient, comfortable and easy to do business with them. The repair work was done on time and at the estimate given, the loaner car was helpful to. Would use them again and recommend.

For my first experience with Express last year, I was almost certain my water pump was about to blow, but Rick’s team got me squared away quickly and kindly by simply tightening a squeaky belt. I’ve been back several times since and have always been able to count on them for a frank assessment of only the work needed at a fair price. Most recently a shady dealer nearby, after getting me in their door via a “recall” on my 9-yr-old truck, cracked a shock absorber, went “Oh, looky” and offered to fix it for $80 plus part. I had washed underbody the day before and knew this was a scam. Express’ service writer Cheryl Brackin set me up for a $63 fix the following day, never said a disparaging word … For my first experience with Express last year, I was almost certain my water pump was about to blow, but Rick’s team got me squared away quickly and kindly by simply tightening a squeaky belt. I highly recommend Express and Cheryl any time and to anyone to use for their automotive repairs. They kept my old Caddy alive years longer than expected, and helped me with my new car by performing a very intense preurchase inspection. Their technician Randy is very honest and always kept me informed of the old cars flaws. Thanks Express!

We found Express after having having Pep Boys try to repair the power steering pump in my truck two times without being able to fix it and having to pay for it both times. Express has the best prices in town and we have looked everywhere. They are also the most courteous people you could ask to deal with. They have always gotten my vehicle back to me very quickly, above my expectations. They have done 6 auto repairs on our vehicles over the past year and a half that we’ve lived here in the springs and I have gotten to where I don’t even check anyone else anymore. I automatically just call Express and take it in.

My place of business has been referring and using Express Auto since January 2009. Clients and staff and volunteers ALL report wonderful service and respectful and professional interactions especially with Cheryl, the front desk everything person! She’s informed and articulate, clear and efficient and kind. I thought customer service was dead, but she changes my perspective every time I see her and/or refer someone to Express Auto. Couldn’t ask for anything more! The costs are more than reasonable and cars don’t “mysteriously” have something else go wrong after it’s so expertly repaired. Communication is great.
